Elite Non-Disclosure States FAQs

Elite campaigns can generate phenomenal brand recognition in non-disclosure states. However, there are stricter parameters that must be followed, and the set-up process requires a few more steps than other states. This is because, in a non-disclosure state, transactional data is not recorded as public records. Corefact cannot provide comparable sales but agents can provide their own comps, pulled from their MLS.

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions regarding Elite campaigns in non-disclosure states.

Non-Disclosure State FAQs

Is my state a non-disclosure state?

Non-disclosure states include Alaska, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri (some counties), Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.

What postcards can I use for my campaign?

You can use any card except market update cards, as sale prices for homes are not reported. Any map card with a home’s value is very effective—you just need to send us your comps (a very simple process and we load for you for free).

Do the farm lists have to be contiguous?

Yes. Farm lists in non-disclosure states must be contiguous so the comps you’ve provided us make sense and are as accurate as possible.

Can I market to my sphere of influence?

Yes, but we cannot use market update cards nor can we send our home estimate 'map' cards as the sphere is not in a contiguous area (therefore comps are not available).

Can you market to vertical living homes in a non-disclosure state?

Yes, as long as you have addresses for each home and it is not a co-op. As before, it must be a specific contiguous area and we will need comps from you to load every 3 months.
